 I'm not sure about this, but you might have virus varning enabled, check
your bios, if you have somthing like viruswarning enabled you better
disable that. 
 
 I had that enabled once when I installed win95, and it stoped, I thougt
that was normal for win95, so I tried 4 times before I checked the bios.

The virus warning is a real bad thing. You cant have a bootmanger that
changes the active partion, like bootmanager from IBM.
