Probably because you responded with annoyance that they didn't parrot
back the solution you wanted but doesn't exist. I don't know if you
realise this, but from what I've read through so far, your messages
convey a fairly selfish and demanding attitude that not only runs
against Debian's ideals but causes annoyance and frustration for those
who do respond. This kind of "request for help" is the sort of thing
that makes people paid to do this kind of work ponder the meaning of
"down, not across[1]" the post your request to places like
alt.[tech-support|sysadmin].recovery, http://techcomedy.com/ and
http://www.rinkworks.com/stupid/ for the world to laugh at.
Unless someone pipes up otherwise, nobody reading this works for
Software in the Public Interest, so don't exactly be surprised if
people drop the professionalism when you tick them off. They're not
being paid to be patient. Normally here, I'd suggest hiring a
consultant listed at http://debian.org/consultants/ , but considering
you already said that you, for whatever reason, won't use software on
your Debian system not packaged by a DD and distributed via Debian
mirrors on your Debian system, I don't think this will help, either.
Long story short, don't ask for help that you aren't willing to use.
[1] More bloodloss potential cutting down veins instead of across
them.
