For Alpha, I ended up disabling pascal again and enabling garbage
collection for libobjc. It seems that with the new libgc packages, garbage
collection with libobjc works fine.  Also, alpha doesn't seem to need or
want to install usr/lib/gcc-lib/alpha-linux/2.95.2/include/{asm,gnu}.  I
saw that on i386, it installs asm/posix_types.h and gnu/types.h, but
apparently alpha doesn't need them. I'm testing functionality now to make
sure that they're not needed, but make install doesn't install these dirs
or files at all.  Other archs may want to check for this problem as well
(it's easy to check for since packaging dies when it can't find the dirs
to move).

I'm currently building the debs.  If I find anything else, I'll let you
know, but so far, that's it.
