Bug#1092427: latex-cjk-chinese-arphic: FTBFS: dh_install: error: missing files, aborting
A note to myself:
There is a race condition in my debian/rules file that causes
dh_install to search for AFM files, even though they have not been
built yet.
A temporary fix is to pass the argument "-j1" in "pbuilder" or
"debuild" to only allow a single thread to work on building the
package, until I have found the culprit.
