Bug#1094898: context: mtxrun running fails
Package: luametatex
Version: 2.11.02+really2.11.01+ds-1
Followup-For: Bug #1094898
Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
Not sure, but getting the illegal instruction error on mtxrun --generate
as others have reported, and building and installing luametatex with the
dynamic linking of libmimalloc reverted fixed things.
Just as a couple of data points, I had the illegal instruction problem
on a system with the following CPU:
AMD A10-6800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
but NOT on a system with the following CPU:
AMD Ryzen 5 5500GT with Radeon Graphics
The Ryzen 5 5500GT system can install:
x86-64-v3-support
The AMD A10-6800K system is stuck at:
x86-64-v2-support
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
* What was the outcome of this action?
* What outcome did you expect instead?
