Unfortunately this is not possible, as I have already explained many
times. Many packages *require* distribution of the documentation
together with the other files. Already using a recommends instead
of a depends is a border-line concession.
Thus, be happy that I took the freedom *not* to make it a
depends, use --without-recommends, and spare us any further
of your useless rants.
