Hi,
I have a demand for improved texlive-lang-french (or texlive-latex-base)
package.
Babel with french are part of texlive-latex-base package but not
hyphen-french which is part of texlive-lang-french.
So if we forget (as me) to install texlive-lang-french, we could use
\babel{french} without the right hyphenation rule :-(
Could you change this feature putting in texlive-lang-french all files
relative to french language of texlive-latex-base to get an error when
we use \babel{french} without texlive-lang-french; or putting
hyphen-french in texlive-latex-base. I don't know what is the best !
