No, that are the old versions of packages that do *not* depend on
tex-common >= 4.
So what can happen is the following:
* tex-common v3 installed
* package installs files into /usr/share/texmf/doc (which is a link!)
and is an RC bug (that was fixed for all packages)
* upgrade tex-common to v4
effect: files in wrong places, etc etc.
THe breaks are against versions smaller than what is current in
testing, so that is fine.
