Indeed. A simply call to 
	update-language
should fix that. Will be added in the next release.

Since this happens only in very specific circumstances (I didn't see
it in any of the stable->current, testing->current, sid->current
each for texlice/texlive-full updates) I consider this important,
but not RC.

Anyway, the change is already checked in in the svn repository.
