Dear Maintainer,

The description is misleading. I thought it should be "simplified
Chinese Sungti font for CJK", or like fonts-arphic-gbsn00lp, "AR PL
SungtiL GB" Chinese font for CJK.

There are similar problems with latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bsmi00lp and
latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-gkai00mp.
