Bug#665767: tex-common: update-texmf does not apply a lexical order to the names of the files under $CNFDIR

Well, yes, ... I am not sure what is wrong there, TeX-on-Debian or
update-texmf ;-)

But then, how many files do you have there now? It *WAS* important when
we provided the full texmf.cnf in pieces, but this isn't anymore.
