Bug#596699: /usr/share/texmf-texlive/scripts/tetex/texdoctk.pl: Texdoctk's Settings window higher than screen

After starting texdoctk, I click on the "Settings" button near
the top right corner.
A new window titled "Settings" appear.
The last line I can see in the wndow is:
Viewer command TDK_OWN   Use texdoctk's own viewer

The window has no bottom border, so I suspect that the window continues 
below, and the window is simply too large to fit on my screen.
(The top of the window is at the top of the screen.)

I can edit the settings I see but I have found no way to apply the 
changes.  Perhaps the buttons are outside the screen.
