Bug#64961: marked as done (tetex-bin: texconfig should say "I'm working" when starting)

regarding tetex-bin: texconfig should say "I'm working" when starting
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

texconfig has a very long wait initially as it checks formats (or
something like that).  A message like "Checking formats...done" at the
start of the run would be very friendly, and stop people from thinking
it wasn't working.
