Ok, there it is of course missing by now (or? didn't i do something,
anyway).

Ok, I have branched of tex-common branches/for-tl2008 with version number
2.00 for experimental. I will keep the 1.NN numbering for the current
status until we have packages for TL ready to upload.
dh_installtex in the above does NOT support language lines anymore!!
No upgrade path is currently implemented .. but that is the job of the
packages, so it will hit us on tl2008/2009.
