There are two issues: one that a buildd has random segfaults.  That's
sadly common on hppa and ought to be ignored.

Secondly a package messes up the buildd's chroot on ia64.  There is no
such segfault excuse.  Such issues could also happen on other machines
and don't have anything to do with the buildd using unauthenticated
packages.
