How does that not matter?

buildd.d.o is not the place to reassign bugs for particular buildds to.
If it's just for particular buildds, you'd better contact the buildd
admin like you did.

Though it's strange that you rely on the bug submitter to fix the bug...

Lets have a look at the build log and see if we can find the actual
problem, maybe it is dbus causing this...
