Ok, I have rebuilt the package with the changes from svn, tagged it in
svn as 1.19 release, and have uploaded the stuff to people.debian.org:
	deb(-src) http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ cjk/
or direct link to the .dsc:
	http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/cjk/latex-cjk-chinese-arphic_1.19.dsc

I will try to do some test runs later this afternoon and probably upload
tomorrow.

If anyone here has time to also give it a test please do so.
