Biblatex etc in Debian

Hi everyone,

Today I have uploaded biblatex and biblatex-dw a packaged from Hauke. He
is now also subscribed to the debian-tex-maint lists, these two packages
plus etoolbox will be maintained (generally) by him, but officially it
will be the Debian TeX Task Force.

Welcome Hauke!

All the stuff is in svn, as expected.

For those you wonder, Lehman accepted to include biblatex in Debian
after some discussion. Furthermore, since it is in SID and will not go
into lenny, that is fine.

So let us hope the stuff passes ftp-master.
