RFC: removal of texmf-tetex in tex-common

Hi all!

I suggest that we remove the tetex part in texmf.cnf, ie in 05TeXMF.cnf
the 
	TEXMFDIST=/usr/share/texmf-{texlive,tetex}
will be changed to
	TEXMFDIST=/usr/share/texmf-texlive

I guess we can change it back to something else if we have another tex
implementation.

If nobody answers or rejects I will do this and upload tex-common soon.
