TeX-related release goals? (was: Release Team Meeting results (the Juelich Edition))



Hi,

do we want to make the teTeX->TeXLive transition (i.e. fixing
depends/Build-depends/...) a release goal?  For reference, this is what
the RMs wrote about it:
