        dh_installtex -Ntexlive-base -A --priority=10   \
                texmftrees=/usr/share/texmf-texlive
        dh_installtex -ptexlive-base --priority=10      \
                --flavor=format:build_all               \
                texmftrees=/usr/share/texmf-texlive     \
                languagefile=debian/texlive-base.cnf=09

So there is definitely a call to dh_installtex working on tetex-base ...

So either we depend on tex-common, or we add a -N for all the tetex-*
packages. What do you prefer?
