Bug#452070: texlive-base-bin: Unable to install

Thank you for your help. 

/usr/bin/kpsewhich is not present. 

PATH is:
.:..:/root/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/kerberos/sbin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin

I gave the installation a try again. There is the output, if it can help:

dpkg : erreur de traitement de texlive-base-bin (--configure) :
 le sous-processus post-installation script a retourné une erreur de sortie 
d'état 1
Des erreurs ont été rencontrées pendant l'exécution :
 texlive-base-bin
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

and /tmp/fmtutil.NSkL6364 contains:

/usr/bin/fmtutil: line 336: //texmf/texconfig/tcfmgr: Aucun fichier ou 
répertoire de ce type
fmtutil: config file `fmtutil.cnf' not found.
