Bug#448245: tex-common: [INTL:de] updated German debconf translation

Well, you are the first maintainer to ask this (and believe me, I've
submitted lots of translations), so I assume there is some pressure
for removing the old translations? I rather wonder a little, as text
files should compress rather well, but I am open for beeing disproved.

Exactly.

Well, you are the package maintainers. If you deem it necessary to
remove the currently unused entries, feel free to do so; however, if
this relates to asthetics only I'd prefer if you could be so kind to
simply leave it in.
