Bug#430966: marked as done (texlive-lang-[...] fails to get removed)
Hi Daniel,
maybe I was a little fast in closing this bug. Since you omitted the
version information, I assumed you were on sid or testing, but you are
using the version in etch, and in etch the trie_size is indeed 27000.
However, in a clean chroot it's possible to install all texlive
packages, so there must be something amiss on your system.

If you increase the value (in /etc/texmf/texmf.d/95NonPath.cnf) and run
update-texmf, does the problem persist?
