Yes, the packages affected are at least 

texlive-base, 
texlive-base-bin,
texlive-latex-base, 
texlive-latex-extra 
texlive-pictures

Maybe even more if non-dpkg-managed configuration files are affected,
but that would mean they are not texlive-* packages, but something
else.
