Backport to etch

Hi all!

Just a short question: I want to recompile the texlive-bin package in a
clean etch chroot, and wanted to ask what is the accepted/best/suggested
changelog/versioning/whatever scheme to number a backport.

I thought about adding a changelog entry just stating
	compiled for etch
and entry
	2007-7~etch.1
Ok?
