abuse debconf for triggers

Hi,

until triggers are available through dpkg it might take some time. Until
then you can use debconf and self made functions to register the tasks
they have to be done.

You need a template tex/mktexlsr and must mark it as seen that no users
is asked for it. Then you can change the string by appending the package
that wants to run a task in the preinst script. In the postinst script
every package removes its name from the list and if it is the last one it
runs the task.

That's only a short brain dump about what came into my mind. Do you think
it's doable? Whould you do (abuse debconf) it?

Bye, Jörg.
