Bug#412584: texlive-pstricks: pst-map2dII causes Ghostscript ERROR: /invalidfileaccess in --file--

I have closed this bug, but now I found several quite strange things:

I assume that you use
tetex-bin
together with
texlive-pstricks
right? Yes, right, I saw it at the bottom ...

This happened in dvips or in gv??? Later on in this thread you mentioned
that putting all these files into the current dir does work, but I
cannot confirm this, furthermore the follwing line never occurs on my
screen:

Is this *REALLY* the input file you used?
Where did you get the pst-map2dII.{tex,sty} from?
Frank and teTeX guys here, can you explain all this? I am stymed. I have
no idea. On my pure texlive system I can compile the document but
viewing it in gv breaks...
