Bug#396002: tetex-bin: fails to install

Okay, sorry for reading the output not carefully enough. I could
narrow the problem down to the following error from fmtutil-sys.log:

This was the only exclamation mark in that logfile.

Looking at line 822 of

# dpkg -S usr/share/texmf-tetex/tex/generic/hyphen/icehyph.tex
tetex-base: /usr/share/texmf-tetex/tex/generic/hyphen/icehyph.tex

So this bug should be filed against tetex-base. Replacing the ampersand
with an letter f as shown in the lines around makes the postinst script
of tetex-bin complete successfully. I don't know if this is correct
since
I'm no tex-internal-guru.

But I think this is it. If you still need the output file let know.
