Ahh, stupid me, I have to do:
svn switch --relocate \
svn+ssh://debian-svn/svn/pkg-tetex/tetex-base/trunk \
svn+ssh://debian-svn/svn/debian-tex/tetex-base/trunk
debian-svn is a .ssh/config entry for me as the usernames are different!
