New SVN repository seems to be up and running

Well, it appears to be working (although my test commit emails haven't
yet made it to the list).

To do a working copy switch, say of tetex-base, go into the root of
your working copy, and do:

svn switch --relocate \
  svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-tetex/tetex-base/trunk \
  svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-tex/tetex-base/trunk

You can then do svn update; don't update first. (If you do,
tex-common will break and you'll have to check it out from scratch.)

This may well work for the texlive packages as well, but I'm not
certain.

Go forth and program!

   Julian
