Bug#372715: tetex-base: addendum to: texdoctk database should honour compressed status of document

Addendum:

I tried to read the code, found that there is a routine to handle
compressed documents.
Additionally, there is code to search the documentation tree if the
given path is wrong.
This obviously only works if the original bug is solved, i.e. if

TEXDOCPATH=../doc/tetex-doc/

Then the wrong pathname leads to a search that finds the compressed
file, which is
then uncompressed and correctly shown. In this situation, the pathnames
in the database
are totally useless.
