Package: tetex-base
Version: 3.0-17

I can't compile the following file - neither using latex nor pdftex:

\documentclass[10pt]{scrartcl}
%\usepackage{ucs}
\usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage{lmodern}
\usepackage{scrpage2}

\title{Schlange CV}
\author{Philipp Klaus Krause}
\date{\today}

\pagestyle{plain}
\begin{document}
\maketitle%
\thispagestyle{empty}%
\newpage%
\tableofcontents%
\newpage%
\section{\dots hier geht's los}
Dies ist Text.

Dies ist ein neuer Absatz.\par
Dies auch.

\end{document}

I see the following error:

philipp@notebook2:~/SPTH/Schlange CV/manual$ latex test.tex

I am not sure this is abug in tetx-base, but I suppose it is a bug in
some Debian TeX package.

I removed some packages via apt-get --purge remove and reinstalled them,
but it didn't help:
cm-super dvi2ps latex-beamer latex-hangul-ucs latex-ucs
latex-ucs-contrib pdfjam pgf tetex-base tetex-bin tetex-extra

I use Debian unstable (TeX packages from yesterday's unstable) with some
parts from experimental (nothing TeX-related though).

Anyway, good to know that it's solved for you, and that we don't need to
go bug-hunting in our maintainer scripts...
