dvips.info, dvips.texi, dvips.1: Apply documentation patch by Vincent
Fourmond <vincent.fourmond@9online.fr> (approved upstream), many
thanks (closes: #364505) [frank]
dvips.info has been regenerated by dvips.texi, which is unfortunately
*not* done in the build process. After that, I removed all hunks in
patch-tmp introduced by different makeinfo behavior (mostly whitespace
changes).
