Well, well, this file was completelly forgoten by us :-) It is not even
available on CTAN, but only in distributions like teTeX and TL (and on 
GUST ftp server). I touched it to clarify that it is simply pd and will
upload to the TL's and GUST repos. Thomas, please follow that for teTeX.
