The same discrepancy existed between config and postinst, and I have
fixed this by replacing the hardcoded value with a eperl variable.  Does
it make sense to generate templates from templates.in and have eperl
replace that variable, too?  Or will that make the l18n people cry out
loud because their analysis tools won't work?
