let's register tetex docs with doc-base!

[ please Cc-me on replies, since I'm not subscribed ]

Hi tetex maintainer,
I'm posting here as a debian latex user, really annoyed by the fact
that tons of tetex documentation available in debian are not registered
with doc-base (see #139353 and #112978).

Willing to be helpful I started with something like: "hey, it's easy,
just write the .doc-base files" with the clear intention of providing a
patch for the 2 bug reports above.

I thus started from the tetex documentation guide
(/usr/share/doc/texmf/index.html) writing a .doc-base file for each
piece of documentation deserving (of course IMHO) to be registered with
doc-base.

I stopped at the 7th :-(, there are really too much of them.

So, I'm here to ask: is anyone here willing to help and share the
annoying effort of writing .doc-base files? I can set up a wiki page for
this and you can find the 7 I already wrote attached to this email.

Of course not all documentation mentioned on the tetex documentation
guide are worth registration. I for example arbitrarly choose not to
register every single latex package, but still there are a lot of them
to be registered. The TODO list (IMO) is in the attached TODO.doc-base
file.
