Same here, and in fact:

frank@costa:~$ groups
users tetexcvs pkg-tetex pkg-pfb2t1c2pfb
frank@costa:~$ ls -dl /svn/pkg-texlive/db/transactions 
drwxrwsr-x  2 root pkg-texlive 4096 Feb 10 16:23 /svn/pkg-texlive/db/transactions

So we should be in the group pkg-texlive, but aren't.  I assume that we
have only been added to the texlive group in alioth's gforge database,
but this has not yet propagated to the account management database.  Or
does it need manual intervention?
