Either:
- tell the web server to submit an 30x to the HTTP client, oder
- put the line
<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="1; url=http://pkg-tetex.alioth.debian.org/sarge.html">
into the header of the page you want to redirect from. The 1 is the
time in seconds to wait before the redirect is performed.
