html redirects (was: SVN tetex commit: r427 - pkg-tetex-web/trunk)

This page is used at two places:

http://pkg-tetex.alioth.debian.org/sarge.html

and

http://people.debian.org/~frank/teTeX-3.0/index.html

The first is automatically updated from the svn repository, but the
second currently has to be updated manually.  Does one know offhand how
to replace 

http://people.debian.org/~frank/teTeX-3.0/index.html

with a file that simply redirects people to the first, up-to-date copy?
