Bummer, I forgot that tetex3 is blocked from entering testing. I always
forget this.

Then it would not work with texlive.
I would suggest the RC bug to prevent testing, as there haven't been
*any* other problems with arabtex as it is in testing/tetex2.
So we should make an rc bug to depend on tetex3 entering testing.

Also ok for me. Only tell me, I have to warn on the Debian for TeX live
pages that this is ATM not compatible with texlive.
