The complete directory is an error, it should never have been there. It
is okay to delete it and its contents (but _not_
/etc/texmf/lambda/language.dat).
Since it occurs only upon an upgrade between experimental versions, I
didn't care much.
By the way, I didn't upload 3.0-6 to people.debian.org/~frank/teTeX-3.0
experimental (only to sarge) because I expected that to be only an
intermediate repository why ftp-master was down. If you prefer to use
that one instead of Debian's experimental, I can upload -6.
