(i.e. it's in the postinst script of tetex-bin_2.0.2-30 in
sarge/etch/sid). We have dropped it for tetex-3.0 because it didn't
seem necessary at all to exclude languages - there aren't so many in
teTeX.
Beware about the differences between conffiles and maintainer-script
managed configuration files, though.
