I get this error when upgrading tetex-extra:

Error: `omega -ini -jobname=lambda -progname=lambda lambda.ini' failed

When I run that command manually I get:

So omega complains about ltpatch.ltx being outdated. Maybe this also
caused the similar problems mentioned in #269584?
