as far as they are relevant for a local admin, the TEXMF trees should be
explained in README.Debian. Especially that and why TEXMFSYSCONFIG is
the same as TEXMFMAIN, why not TEXMFDIST, and which order is necessary.
If TEXMFMAIN=TEXMFSYSCONFIG I wonder why should
the latter appear in TEXMF?
