If one copies CTAN:graphics/pstricks/contrib/pst-osci/README to
texmf/doc/generic/pstricks/README.pst-osci, all should be ok.

  * The files of this package are hereby put into the public domain:
       README pst-osci.doc pst-osci.sty pst-osci.tex

It seems that I have forgotten to do that.
