Ok. For now I have done the following: I did *NOT* remap anz files from
texlive/texmf and moved the files from texlive/texmf-dist to
texmf-texlive.

So now the texlive packages actually are very close to the original
texlive dist (only the doc files are merged into texmf-dist).

There are still a *lot* files in /u/s/texmf, so I keep the Conflicts
with tetex for now. But this should be the starting point to sort out
which files actually have to go to /u/s/texmf and which should go to
/u/s/texmf-texlive.

Attached is a list of files currently in /u/s/texmf witha full texlive
installation.
