See other email (already implemented).

I would *NOT* set the SEEN tag, the questions should be answered again,
as there are
. one new one
. they are moved to a different package. I want to be sure. But as you
  like
. unregister tetex-bin/item: shouldn't be this done in the purge of
tetex-bin (didn't see it). And I guess tex-common/postrm should also
unregister the questions on purge. this is a todo.

Best wishes

GLENTAGGART (n.)
A particular kind of tartan hold-all, made exclusive under licence for
British Airways. When waiting to collect your luggage from an airport
conveyor belt, you will notice that on the next conveyor belt a
solitary bag is going round and round uncollected. This is a
glentaggart, which has been placed there by the baggage-handling staff
to take your mind off the fact that your own luggage will shortly be
landing in Murmansk.
