It's not a link here, it's a regular directory.

It was containing bera.map, a package I installed myself. Seems like I
get the same error than Florent mentioned in the link he posted above.
After fixing the link, mktexlsr ran fine. However, updmap-sys didn't.
It successively complained about bsr-interpolated.map, bsr.map and
eurosym.map. I managed to fix them, as it was just some .dpkg-new
hanging around and not being renamed properly, then
updmap-sys --syncwithtrees and it was ok. Thanks a lot for your help !
