Currently, the section about font packages uses mostly "should", but the
meaning as defined in the Debian policy may well be must in most cases.
It's just that I felt uneasy writing "It must do this", "It must do
that", etc.---from a pure language POV.

So, maybe this section /should/ be reviewed under this angle.

Another unrelated point: wouldn't it be more appropriate to use an SVN
Id in <version> instead of the manually-updated stuff, at least until
the TeX Policy becomes relatively stable?
